Access protection and usage controls prevent forwarding, editing, cut/copy/paste, printing, as well as set expiration dates to sensitive data, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power-Point, Adobe PDF formats as well as TIFF, BMP, JPEG, GIF images and more.
Integration with Microsoft® Outlook® enables users to quickly send protected email and files to anyone with an email address and a PC. Encryption secures private correspondence between sender and intended recipients.
No manual key or password exchange required. Easily send private email to those who do not yet have Taceo installed.
The Basic Mode, available via right-click file menu or from main application, guides the user through assigning access and usage controls to files, with user friendly drag and drop feature.
