James Costanzo Named President of Logical Net, Tush Nikollaj Remains CEO
CFO Brings Financial Management Experience to Top Post
February 9, 2005 - Albany, NY – Logical
Net Corporation, announced today that James Costanzo
has become president of the company – an Internet
service provider. Company founder Tush Nikollaj remains
Chairman/CEO and steps down as president.

brings to the role top level financial management and

“Jim has been instrumental in executing on several

company over the last several years,” said Nikollaj, “He continues to explore

and an effective leader for our company,” Nikollaj continued to say.
Before joining Logical Net in 2000, Costanzo was CFO of Corporate
Health Dimensions, which provided health related services to Fortune 100 companies
in more than 30 states. Under his financial leadership, the company’s revenues grew
to $88 million annually. A certified public accountant, Costanzo had also previously
been a partner in an area accounting firm. As CFO at Logical Net, he oversaw accounting
and tax strategy, as well as mergers and acquisitions matters.
