Logical Net Offers New Long-Distance Phone Service
January 15, 2004 - Albany, NY – Logical Net Inc. announced today its new long distance phone service at 3.9 cents per minute for any state-to-state call billed in six-second increments 24 hours a day, seven days a  week, a significantly lower rate than Sprint, MCI and AT&T.
With the new phone service offered by Logical Net, one of the largest Internet service providers in the Northeast, customers do not have to commit to a contract, can keep their local carrier and enjoy the convenience of dialing directly without adding the 10-digit code that many other long-distance providers require. Customers can also view their call records and pay their bills online over a standard Internet connection.
“We have no hidden fees and no convoluted rate plans,” said Tush Nikollaj, Logical Net's president and CEO. “There are no monthly fees if your bill exceeds $20/month. There are no monthly fees, regardless of your bill amount, if you are on autopay and do not require a mailed paper bill. Otherwise only a $1.99/mo. fee is incurred to cover the costs of processing the transaction.”

Logical Net will sell the new service directly to consumers and to its own 25,000-plus subscribers. Logical Net also plans to recruit authorized resale agents to offer this product to consumers. ***
