Logical Net & CRWireless Forge Deal to Expand Customer Base

January 26, 2004 - Albany, NY – Logical Net Inc., one of the Northeast's largest privately held Internet service providers, announced today that CRWireless will be the first authorized resale agent for the company's new phone service. Along with the deal, CRWireless acquired Logical Net's paging and cellular customers.

“As part of our effort to stay focused on what we do best,” said Tush Nikollaj, Logical Net's president and CEO, “we're expanding our long-distance phone services through resellers while eliminating products outside our core business, like our paging and cellular phone service which were part of a larger acquisition from Telenet Communications in 1998.

CRWireless will sell the phone service under its own brand, which can be found at www.CRWphone.net , a portal developed and provided by Logical Net.

"We have become the highest volume Cingular Wireless agent and Verizon Wireless messaging services reseller by focusing on meeting and exceeding our customers' needs," said Frank Grant, President, CR Wireless. "Offering Logical Net's low-cost phone service is a way to provide additional value to our customers. This type of partnership is smart for both companies."

Resellers of Logical Net's phone service can choose to sell the service as a Logical Net service, or under its own brand, in which case Logical Net will provide its resellers a Web site portal.

With the purchase of Logical Net's pager and cell phone division, CRWireless adds Logical Net's pager and cell phone customers to its current customer-base.

Logical Net announced last week the new long distance phone service which offers a rate of 3.9 cents per minute for any state-to-state call billed in six-second increments 24 hours a day, seven days a week, a significantly lower rate than Sprint, MCI and AT&T.
