Use the template for new staff

Click Copy rendered to copy the visual signature for pasting directly into Outlook, Gmail, or Apple Mail signature editors. Or click Copy HTML for the raw template with placeholders, useful for clients that accept HTML directly.

"Copy rendered" copies Tush's example. "Copy HTML" gives the template with [PLACEHOLDERS] to swap.

03 · Install

How to install in your email client

Outlook (Windows desktop)

  1. File → Options → Mail → Signatures
  2. Click New, name it "Corporate"
  3. Click Copy rendered above
  4. Click in the signature editor and paste (Ctrl+V)
  5. Edit name, title, email, extension, mobile
  6. Set as default for new mail & replies

New Outlook & Outlook for Mac

  1. Settings → Accounts → Signatures
  2. Click + New signature
  3. Click Copy rendered above and paste
  4. Edit your details and save

Gmail

  1. Gear icon → See all settings
  2. Scroll to Signature → Create new
  3. Click Copy rendered above
  4. Paste into the signature editor
  5. Edit your details
  6. Scroll down → Save Changes

Apple Mail

  1. Mail → Settings → Signatures
  2. Click + to add
  3. Uncheck Always match my default message font
  4. Copy rendered above and paste
  5. Edit your details
04 · Notes

Deployment notes & placeholders

Logo file: The LogicalNet wordmark PNG is hosted at /assets/email/logo-nav-signature.png (880×175 native, displays at 220px wide). Solid white background — renders correctly in Outlook (Windows and Mac), Gmail, and Apple Mail with no transparency fringing. Anyone with the previous signature HTML installed will automatically pick up the refreshed asset — same URL, same dimensions, no signature edits needed.

Placeholders to replace per team member:

  • [First Last] — full name
  • [Title] — job title
  • [ext] — office phone extension (appears twice: in the href and display text)
  • [mobile-digits] and [mobile] — mobile number (10 digits in href, e.g. 5188575786; formatted display, e.g. 518-857-5786)
  • [name]@logical.net — email address (appears twice)

If a team member has no mobile to publish — delete the entire <tr> block for the "M" row. The signature still renders cleanly with just T, E, W.
