Under his leadership, LogicalNet has expanded from a pioneering ISP into a nationally recognized managed IT and cybersecurity provider — earning MSP 501 recognition and SOC 2 Type II certification.

LogicalNet Established
Founded on September 9, 1994 to provide high-speed internet connectivity to Capital Region businesses — one of the first providers in Upstate New York.
Day OneFast-Growing Internet Service Provider
LogicalNet acquired 11 companies in the ISP and web hosting space, rapidly expanding its regional footprint and technical capabilities.
Capital Net & First Data Center
Launched Capital Net to serve the residential market with reliable internet access, and opened LogicalNet's first data center in the Capital Region — later expanding to Florida and California.

Inc. Magazine ranked LogicalNet the 7th fastest-growing internet-related business and 47th fastest-growing company overall in the United States.
Inc. 500VoIP Pioneer in the Capital Region
LogicalNet became one of the first VoIP telephony providers in Upstate New York and established itself as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC).
Private Cloud Service Provider
LogicalNet embraced virtualization early — launching private cloud and virtual server hosting solutions well ahead of the industry curve.
Managed IT Services Launch
LogicalNet launched its Managed IT Services practice, delivering comprehensive technology support and strategic IT planning for small and mid-sized businesses across the region.
Headquarters Expansion
LogicalNet expanded its corporate headquarters to Maxon Road Extension in Schenectady, NY — a major investment to support the team and client base growth.
Detection & Response Practice Launch
LogicalNet launched its full cybersecurity practice — 24/7 SOC monitoring, threat detection and response, and layered security services to protect Capital Region businesses from a growing wave of cyberattacks.
Tech Valley Cybersecurity Symposium — Year One
LogicalNet hosted the inaugural Tech Valley Cybersecurity Symposium on October 27, 2022 — a forum now bringing together hundreds of business leaders and security experts annually.
