Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

  • Intercept, monitor, or exfiltrate unauthorized data or communications

Abuse of Website or Platform Resources

  • Conduct automated scraping, crawling, harvesting, or data extraction
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to abuse forms, APIs, registrations, or communications
  • Submit spam, excessive requests, or abusive traffic
  • Attempt denial-of-service or resource exhaustion activities
  • Interfere with normal website or platform operations
  • Abuse webinar registrations, marketing systems, or event platforms

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit content without authorization
  • Infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights
  • Use Logical Net branding, logos, materials, or content without written consent

Offensive or Harmful Content

Users may not submit, transmit, or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or fraudulent
  • Contains hate speech or discriminatory material
  • Promotes violence or illegal activity
  • Contains malicious code or harmful payloads
  • Violates the rights of others

Security Monitoring & Enforcement

As a cybersecurity-focused organization, Logical Net reserves the right to:

  • Monitor website and system activity
  • Log access attempts and usage data
  • Analyze traffic and submissions
  • Filter or block suspicious activity
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate access
  • Investigate potential abuse or violations
  • Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate

Users acknowledge and consent to such monitoring and security measures as a condition of using the Services.

No Expectation of Privacy

Users should have no expectation of privacy regarding activity conducted on or through publicly accessible Logical Net systems, websites, portals, or services, except as otherwise required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Logical Net may utilize third-party providers, cloud platforms, security services, analytics platforms, communication systems, and integrations in connection with website operations and service delivery.

Logical Net does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accessibility, or operation of any website, portal, or online service and reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

Changes to This Policy

Logical Net reserves the right to modify or update this AUP at any time. Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
